GALLERY PROGRAMME

Krupic Kersting || KUK was founded with the aim to support new positions that deal with societal impacts in their artistic production. As a starting point we featured emerging artists from Eastern Europe. Over the years our geographical scope has broadened by inviting other engaged international positions to join the gallery programme. Gallery exhibitions are scheduled on cycles of 6 to 8 weeks, alongside participation in international art fairs and interdisciplinary projects.

As it has always been our goal to step beyond the gallery walls, Krupic Kersting co-organized Kunstmuseum Bonn’s „Videonale 12 On Tour” at Bosnia’s National Gallery in Sarajevo. Furthermore, KUK co-initiated an informal exchange between emerging galleries and non-profit spaces from the Benelux and Cologne named‚ Brussels Cologne Contemporaries’ (BCC). BCC was organized annually and alternated between Brussels and Cologne in order to establish a professional network and support exchange between artists, gallerists, curators and collectors from Belgium and the Rhineland. The gallery strongly encourages and supports its artists in collaborations with partnering galleries and public project spaces.
